In 2014, Collier Construction built Tech Plaza Shopping Center for us in Lubbock. I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial planning stages, to construction, to completion of the project. Scott Collier is a person of integrity and honesty. He is a straight shooter and almost always “under promised and over delivered.” Our project was completed under budget and on time. When changes came up, he was very responsive and easy to work with. When it comes to dealing with government entities, inspectors, and subcontractors, Scott always went to bat for me.
